The product is small but useful. there is high chances of loss of the tools when disconnected from the ears. My right ear hearing loss was rated at 83.34dbh. Now I can hear some with speaker on. I can hear the tv. phone calls when speaker is on, but can hear little when people speaking.

This hearing aid offer similar features and quality as those expensive $$$$ prescription ones! very happy about the purchase . the only thing I hope they can improve is the user doesn’t have to switch from heaping aid mode to a different mode when picking up phone calls
